ALS voluntary fund to share difficulties with ALS workers


ALS voluntary fund was established to organize charity activities and support ALS employees who have difficulties. ALS voluntary fund has been trying to share the burden with employees. 

In July 2021, ALS Voluntary Fund got information and quickly supported two employees at ALSC. One employee has a severe disease that requires a long treatment time and expensive treatment costs. Another who has a child with a severe illness is also struggling in the healing journey. ALS voluntary fund spent 30 million to encourage these staff to overcome the difficulties.

The ALS Voluntary Fund encourages the Administration Divisions to always closely communicate with workers to update and support right in time. With cases that received support, ALS also keeps sharing to inspire and regularly visit to have a plan to propose additional support if needed, to ensure that ALS support plan is meaningful and effective.
