Als.com.vn is committed to securing the private information of our customers. Please read the following "Privacy Policy" to better understand the commitments we make to respect and protect the rights of our visitors.

1. Purpose and scope of collection

1.1. This privacy policy ("policy") ensures the security of information related to organizations and individuals accessing websites owned by AVIATION LOGISTICS CORPORATION (ALS).

When customers access and submit contact information (if any) on the website, it is understood that customers have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this policy, including its amended versions. Any revised version of this policy (if any) will take effect from the date the policy revision is announced on the ALS website.

1.2. Depending on the time of use, customers are required to register personal information with the company, including: Username, Password, Business name, Full name, Phone number, Email, Gender, Date of birth, and Address (province/city, district, ward, specific address).

All information provided by customers must be accurate and legal. We are not responsible for legal issues related to customer registration information. The company only uses the information you provide for the purpose of assisting you during service provision and for notifying you of company promotions.

1.3. Additionally, when you view content provided by us on the company's website, we automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This information includes:

  • Your searches and queries on the website
  • Internet Protocol address, cookies
  • The type of browser you use, devices, operating systems, crash reports, system activity, time and date, as well as the referral URL of your request.

2. Scope of information usage

We collect information to provide better services to you. When customers register an account and use the ALS website, we use the information provided by customers to:

  • Assist customers in using services at the company.
  • Send notifications about the exchange of information between customers and the company.
  • Prevent activities that destroy customer user accounts or impersonate customers.
  • Communicate and resolve issues with customers when necessary/special.
  • Not use personal information of customers for purposes other than confirmation and contact related to transactions on the website unless required by competent state authorities and law.

3. Duration of information storage

  • Personal information of customers is stored until there is a request to cancel or the customer logs in and performs the cancellation themselves.
  • In all cases, personal information of customers is secured on the company's website server. However, when customers use utilities provided by third parties on the website (if any), the data generated or obtained related to these utilities will be collected, managed, and protected jointly by the managing units of these utilities along with the company.

4. What should customers do to secure their information?

Customers are responsible for securing and keeping all activities under their registered name, password, and email confidential. In case of unauthorized use, abuse, or security violations, customers are responsible for notifying the company to resolve the issue appropriately.

Customers must not use any tool or program to illegally intervene in the system or change the data structure of the company's website, nor any other activities aimed at disseminating, promoting activities intended to intervene, sabotage, or intrude into the system data of the company, as well as activities prohibited by Vietnamese law.

In case the company detects customers intentionally committing fraud, disseminating illegal information, etc., the company has the right to transfer personal information of customers to competent authorities for legal processing.

5. How customers can access and adjust their data

Customers can log in to their account to check, update, and adjust their personal information or contact the company to request adjustments at any time.

Customers have the right to file complaints about the disclosure of personal information to third parties to the company. We are responsible for verifying information, responding to the reasons, and guiding customers on how to restore and secure their information.

6. About accessing customer information

Our company restricts who can access customer information.

  • Within the Company, only the following departments are allowed to access customer information for the purpose of providing services/utilities to customers and managing risks, fraud:
    • IT department is allowed to access customer information to handle requests for editing, updating customer information on the application, support, and handle technical errors of the application system;
    • Page direct management department is allowed to access customer information to receive and process contact information;
    • Customer care department to take care of customers, receive and resolve customer complaints;
    • Internal control department to manage risk, fraud, and monitor vulnerabilities in the application operation process.

These departments are all explained and understand the responsibility of securing information when working at our company.

  • Besides the above subjects, no other company employees or third parties are allowed to access customer information.

7. About sharing customer information

  • Our company does not provide customer information to any third parties except when required to do so by competent state agencies, or as prescribed by law, or when providing such information is necessary for ALS to provide services/utilities to customers.

ALS is committed not to provide personal information and data of customers to any third parties. However, other individuals and organizations may access customer information in the following cases:

Information that the customer has made public;

The company has customer consent to disclose this information;

A third party that the customer has authorized or permitted requests the company to provide personal and data of the customer;

In response to legal requirements or from a governmental authority, or if the company believes that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations or applicable laws;

To protect the rights, interests, property, or safety of others based on a balance of interests of all parties;

To other third parties with whom the company has joint ventures, affiliations, or cooperation to provide integrated services on the ALS website or new services related to the company. Specifically, ALS may share customer information for the following purposes:

i) Market research and analytical reports: ALS may use customer information for market research, compile, and analyze general information of customers (e.g., average age, geographical area), where detailed information will be anonymized and only used for statistical purposes. In case ALS conducts surveys requiring customer participation, any responses to surveys or polls provided by customers will not be disclosed to any third parties;

ii) Exchange customer information with joint venture companies, affiliates, or partners with ALS such as: Members within the system, partners providing customer care services, transport service providers, subcontractors for data analysis, marketing and customer service support, third parties for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction, exchanging customer information with other business units, etc., that ALS plans to merge with or acquire.

In these cases, ALS will require these entities to strictly adhere to this policy.

Beyond the situations mentioned above but not limited to, the personal information of customers is always confidential from any third parties unless ALS is fully convinced that such disclosure is necessary to prevent material or immaterial damage that could be caused by factors showing signs of illegality.

9. Complaint resolution

For suggestions, complaints, customers please call the Hotline: 1900 3133 or send to ALS according to the information provided in section 8 of this policy.

Depending on the complexity of the complaint content, ALS will have a corresponding processing time. The results of the complaint resolution will be notified to the customer. If necessary, ALS may invite the complainant to participate in resolving the complaint. ALS will strive to resolve customer complaints as quickly as possible and in a spirit of negotiation, reconciliation, respect, and mutual benefit.

10. Our commitment

  • At ALS, we prioritize the protection of your personal information.
  • We fully understand that your personal information belongs to you, therefore we strive to store, secure, and carefully process the information you share with us.
  • We always prioritize your trust. Therefore, we collect the minimum amount of information only with your permission and use this information only for the purposes stated in this policy.
  • In the event of an unavoidable situation where the information storage server is hacked leading to the loss of customer data, ALS will be responsible for notifying the competent authorities for investigation and handling and informing the customers affected.
  • All transaction information of customers including invoices, documents, etc., will be kept absolutely confidential.
