Amid rapid intraregional trade growth, accelerated infrastructure investment, and sweeping digital transformation, the second edition of transport logistic Southeast Asia and air cargo Southeast Asia (tlacSEA) will return to Singapore’s Sands Expo & Convention Centre from 29 to 31 October 2025.
Widely recognized as Southeast Asia’s premier logistics and air cargo event, tlacSEA 2025 will convene global industry leaders to shape the future of supply chains in one of the world’s most dynamic regions. According to the IMF World Economic Outlook, Southeast Asia’s logistics GDP is projected to reach USD 5.4 trillion by 2030, driven by robust trade flows, modernized infrastructure, and accelerating digital adoption. Building on the success of its inaugural edition, the 2025 event is expected to welcome over 10,000 attendees and more than 300 exhibitors from across logistics, maritime, and air cargo sectors.
A Strategic Platform for Regional Transformation
This year’s edition will focus on advancing resilience, sustainability, and digitalization—three foundational pillars critical to the region’s long-term logistics evolution.
“In today’s increasingly complex global landscape, resilience, sustainability, and digitalization are no longer optional—they are essential,” said Michael Wilton, CEO & Managing Director of MMI Asia. “tlacSEA is far more than an exhibition; it is the most influential gathering for logistics and air cargo professionals in Southeast Asia. Singapore’s central location and innovation-driven economy make it the ideal venue to convene regional and international decision-makers.”
Conference Themes: Driving the Logistics Agenda Forward
The tlacSEA 2025 Conference will feature over 90 sessions with 100+ global and regional experts, delivering in-depth perspectives across key thematic tracks:
Resilience: Enhancing infrastructure and supply chain agility to withstand global disruptions
Sustainability: Accelerating decarbonization efforts, promoting green logistics, and advancing circular supply chain models
Digitalization: Leveraging AI, automation, smart warehousing, and data-driven operations to future-proof logistics ecosystems
Prominent participants will include leaders from Google, Bosch, Mondelez, Etihad Airways, Qatar Airways Cargo, Siemens Digital Logistics, and other global innovators, fostering cross-sectoral knowledge exchange and collaboration.
Expanding Scope and Regional Collaboration
As Southeast Asia positions itself as a global logistics powerhouse, tlacSEA 2025 remains the region’s only dedicated multimodal logistics and air cargo event. This year’s edition will introduce several new features to meet evolving industry demands:
Project Cargo Zone, launched in partnership with Heavy Lift & Project Forwarding International (HLPFI), focusing on heavy-lift and breakbulk logistics
Expanded coverage of last-mile delivery, e-commerce fulfillment, and cross-border logistics
Increased participation from leading air, sea, and infrastructure providers across Southeast Asia
These additions reinforce tlacSEA’s role as a catalyst for regional integration, strategic innovation, and sustainable growth.
