III. ALS’s aviation cargo handling procedure

• For exported goods, the procedures are:
  • Goods Pickup: We collect goods from your designated location and transport them to our warehouse.
  • Security Screening: Before entering our warehouse, goods undergo security checks and packaging inspection.
  • Warehousing: Goods are stored in our warehouse while we process necessary paperwork for shipment.
  • Cargo Loading: Once paperwork is cleared, we load goods onto ULDs and verify their weight.
  • Weight Verification: Loaded ULDs are stored, awaiting scheduled flights.
  • ULD Movement: ULDs are transported to the loading area when flight time approaches.
• For imported goods, the procedures are:
  • ULD Retrieval: ULDs are unloaded from incoming aircraft.
  • Initial Inspection: ULDs undergo security checks, packaging, and label verification.
  • Customs Clearance and Warehousing: ULDs are stored in our warehouse while import customs procedures are completed.
  • Goods Release and Preparation: Once customs cleared, goods are sorted and prepared for delivery.
  • Delivery to Customer: Goods are delivered to the customer's specified location.
