China Airlines, one of Asia’s leading international carriers, announced its 2024 Service Quality Evaluation Report for Ground Handling Agents (GHA), including ramp handling and warehousing services.
According to China Airlines’ regulations on service quality monitoring and evaluation, stations are classified into four categories: A+, A, B, and C. Among them, Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) is listed in Category A, together with 17 other international stations providing cargo handling services for the airline.
In 2024, ALS Cargo Terminal Joint Stock Company (ALSC), the cargo handling service provider for China Airlines at Noi Bai International Airport, outperformed 16 other stations in Category A and was honored, together with Chubu Centrair International Airport, Nagoya (NGO), achieving “Rank 1st “ with an “Excellent Result”.
On 30th Sep 2025, the Vietnam branch of China Airlines presented ALSC with a Certificate of Excellence Ground Handling Agent Award, officially recognizing the company as the Outstanding Ground Handling Agent of 2024, in appreciation of its continuous dedication to improving cargo service quality.
To determine the evaluation results, China Airlines conducted quarterly service quality surveys among its ground handling partners at all cargo-handling stations worldwide. The comprehensive assessment covers key performance areas, including cargo handling capability, special cargo management (such as dangerous goods and temperature-controlled shipments), accuracy and safety performance, and security compliance....
At the award presentation ceremony, Ms. Tran Thi Ha Tuyet, Cargo Manager of China Airlines in Hanoi, expressed her strong confidence in the close and long-standing partnership between the two parties. She emphasized that ALSC’s professionalism, proactive attitude, and continuous improvement efforts have been and will continue to be a key foundation supporting China Airlines’ sustainable growth in the Vietnamese market.
